Grounded Support for Your Psychedelic Journey

You Don't Have to Walk This Path Alone

Whether you feel called to Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, or a Master Plant Dieta for clarity, healing, expansion, or self‑discovery, one thing is certain:

Plant medicine opens the door, but integration is what changes your life.

Whether you are considering your first psilocybin ceremony, preparing for an ayahuasca retreat, or exploring another form of plant medicine, what you are stepping into is profound.

These are not casual experiences. They are invitations for deep healing and radical transformation, and they deserve to be treated that way.

The question is not just whether you are ready for the journey. It is whether you are ready to do the work that comes after it.

The Ceremonial Work is the Beginning, Not the End

Here is what most people do not tell you before your journey: the ceremony is not the destination. It is the starting point.

What happens in ceremony can be profound, disorienting, beautiful, or all of the above. The medicine may hand you clarity you have been searching for your entire life. It may surface emotions you buried decades ago, reveal patterns you never knew you were running, or show you a version of yourself you did not know was possible.

And then you go home.

You return to the same job, the same relationships, the same daily rhythms that existed before you left. Except now you are carrying something new: insights, questions, and often a powerful sense that something needs to change. The gap between what the medicine showed you and the life you are actually living can feel enormous.

That gap is where most people get stuck.

Without structure and support, the insights fade. The urgency softens. Old habits reassert themselves. Life moves fast, and the people around you did not have your experience. They cannot hold space for what you are processing, and they may not even understand why you went in the first place. The clarity you felt in ceremony can start to feel like a distant memory rather than a living, breathing guide.

This is not a failure of the medicine. It is simply the nature of transformation. Opening is one thing. Integration is the work of making it real.

Integration is the process of taking what the medicine showed you and actually living it. It is building new habits where old ones no longer serve you. It is having the conversations you now have the courage to have. It is making the changes your journey called you toward, one grounded, intentional step at a time.

That work does not happen automatically. It happens with intention, accountability, and the right support.

That is exactly what this coaching is designed to provide.

My Own Journey

In 2020, a falling out with my father set off a chain reaction that nearly cost me everything.

What started as a family conflict that I believed could be healed became a three-year period of complete estrangement. No visits. Barely any contact. And as the silence stretched on, so did the damage. My relationship with my mother became strained. My marriage began to crumble. I pushed away friends and clients. My business, built on a reputation for helping people navigate their most important relationships, began to fall apart.

The irony was not lost on me. I was known as a relationship whisperer, and I couldn't fix one of my most important relationships.

What I didn't understand at the time was that the falling out with my father had activated something much deeper. I had spent a lifetime unconsciously viewing every man in my life through the lens of that relationship, behaving more like a daughter than a partner, a friend, or a colleague. I was living patterns I had inherited without ever choosing them. And those patterns were quietly destroying everything I loved.

Imposter syndrome moved in and made itself at home. I lost all confidence in myself and in my work. By early 2023, I had reached a place of genuine despair. I had run out of answers, and for the first time in my life, I had run out of fight.

So, in May of 2023, my husband and I did something I never imagined I would do. We traveled to Costa Rica and sat with Mother Ayahuasca for the very first time.

I was terrified. I had never used any substance beyond alcohol in my entire life. I walked in with no idea what to expect and a quiet, desperate hope that something would shift.

It did.

Ayahuasca did not fix my relationship with my father. She did something far more important. She quieted my ego long enough for me to see myself clearly - the inherited wounds, the unconscious patterns, the ways I had been moving through the world that were keeping me stuck. One week after returning home, I traveled to see my father and had the conversation I had been waiting three years to have. I walked in with no anger, no resentment, and no fear. I walked out with my father back in my life.

That was the beginning.

Since then, my husband and I have returned to ceremony multiple times, including a deeply transformative 7-day Master Plant Dieta in Peru in 2024 and, most recently, a return to New Life Rising in March of 2026. The integration work continues every single day - in the insights that arrive in dreams, in quiet moments of recognition, in the slow and steady reshaping of who I am becoming.

I am not the same person I was in 2020. I am not the same person I was in 2023. And I have no interest in stopping here.

What plant medicine has made undeniably clear is this: I was put on this earth to help people change the trajectory of their lives. To help them confront what they have been carrying, find the courage to look at it honestly, and build something extraordinary from what they discover on the other side. That is not something I read in a book or learned in a training program.

It is something I lived.

And it is exactly what I am here to help you do.

This Coaching Support Is For You If...

You had a powerful experience, and you don't know what to do with it.

Your journey, whether with Ayahuasca, psilocybin, or another plant medicine, was profound. Maybe even overwhelming. You received messages, visions, and emotions, and now you are back in everyday life, trying to figure out what it all means and where to go from here.

You want to prepare, not just show up and hope for the best.

You're feeling called to your first plant medicine journey (or returning for another), and you want to approach it with clear intention, emotional readiness, and a strong sense of purpose. Preparation is not optional. It is what separates a meaningful journey from a missed opportunity.

The afterglow is fading, and you are not ready to lose it.

Life has started rushing back in. The clarity you felt right after your journey is getting harder to hold onto, and you need a structured way to keep the insights alive and actionable before they slip away. This is especially true when those closest to you do not share your experience or do not fully understand it.

Your experience was difficult or confusing.

Not every journey is bliss. Some experiences are confrontational, emotionally overwhelming, or hard to make sense of on your own. You need a skilled, grounded guide to help you process what came up and find meaning in it — not "woo-woo" reassurance, but real, structured support.

You are preparing for a Master Plant Dieta.

A dieta is a serious commitment that requires physical, mental, and spiritual preparation. You want to go in with clarity about your intentions and a trusted guide in your corner before, during, and after the process.

You are ready to make real changes and need accountability.

You know what needs to change. Your journey confirmed it. Now you need the support and structure to actually follow through, not just in the weeks after your ceremony, but in the months that follow. You are ready to integrate the insights into your relationships, your career, and the way you move through your daily life.

You are committed to your growth on every level.

Whether you are a professional seeking clarity, purpose, and expansion, a leader navigating a major life transition, an executive using plant medicine for creativity and innovation, or simply someone committed to becoming more of who you are meant to be, this coaching meets you where you are.

If you are committed to doing the work, I am committed to walking with you.

How It All Works

My approach to plant medicine journey support is structured, intentional, deeply personal, and customized for your unique needs. Whether you are working with psilocybin, ayahuasca, or another form of plant medicine, here is how our work together unfolds. I am not here to interpret your visions or tell you what the medicine "meant." I am here to help you uncover that for yourself and apply what you learned with clarity, accountability, and grounded forward movement.

01
Exploration & Intention

a free conversation to get clear on what you are seeking and why

We begin with a no-pressure introductory conversation. This is your opportunity to share what is calling you to this work and for us to determine whether working together is the right fit. If you would like a referral to my trusted local psilocybin facilitation partner, I will arrange an introductory call so she can assess fit and safety before moving forward. If you are preparing for a retreat or working with a different provider, I will offer guidance and recommendations and ultimately respect your choice. Once you commit to your journey, in whatever form it takes, that is when our work together begins.

02
Preparation

2 sessions to get you ready: mentally, emotionally, and intentionally

Before your journey, we do the foundational work. Together, we will clarify your intentions, strengthen your emotional and mental readiness, identify any patterns, fears, or expectations worth examining, and build the foundation for a safe and meaningful experience. Preparation is not optional. It is what makes the difference between a journey that transforms you and one you simply survive.

03
Integration

6 sessions over 3 months to turn insight into action

After your journey, the real work begins. Over three months — meeting twice a month — we will unpack what you experienced, identify the themes, lessons, and invitations that surfaced, and translate your insights into concrete action. We will build new habits, establish boundaries, and create the accountability structures you need to follow through on the changes your journey called you toward. This is not passive reflection. It is structured, forward-moving work.

04
Grounding & Forward Living

Ongoing support for those who want to keep the momentum

Integration does not end after three months. Life continues to evolve, and so does this work. For those who want to continue beyond the initial package, whether to anchor insights more deeply into daily life, strengthen self-trust and intuition, align choices with their highest values, or prepare for another journey, ongoing coaching support is available.

What To Expect

Every client's path is unique, but the process is simple and supportive.

If you need help finding a facilitator or retreat:
We begin with a free introductory conversation to clarify what you are seeking. From there, I can connect you with a vetted facilitation partner for a safety and fit assessment. You engage with them separately for your ceremony or retreat, while we work together on preparation and integration.

If you already have a provider:
We start wherever you are. You receive the same depth of preparation and integration support, tailored to your specific experience and intentions. In either case, I bring the same grounded, structured approach to our work together.

Please note: I do not provide medicine, facilitate ceremonies, or serve as a replacement for medical or therapeutic care. I offer professional integration coaching to help you prepare intentionally, process meaningfully, and apply what you learned in lasting ways.

What's Possible Through This Work

Clients often experience:

  • Greater clarity and direction
  • Emotional regulation and resilience
  • Stronger boundaries
  • Renewed purpose
  • Deeper self‑trust
  • Healthier relationships
  • A more grounded, intentional life
  • The ability to embody the person the medicine showed them they could be

Integration is where transformation becomes real and lasting.

Integration Does Not Happen by Accident.

It is the result of intentional reflection, skilled guidance, and disciplined follow-through.

If you have had a plant medicine experience — or are preparing for one — and want to ensure the work it initiates is not left unfinished, an introductory call is the place to start.
