Then you're in luck!
Introducing our exclusive Executive Assistant Peer Advisory Network – an intimate forum designed specifically for high-performing EAs who are committed to achieving their career goals and supporting each other along the way.
There is no denying that the role of an executive assistant is critical to an executive's success.
Imagine a busy highway with hundreds of cars zooming by at lightning speeds.
The executive leader is like the driver of a high-performance sports car, focused on reaching their destination as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The Executive Assistant is like the pit crew chief, responsible for keeping the car running smoothly and providing crucial support to the driver. They ensure the car is fueled and ready to go, handle any necessary repairs or maintenance, and keep track of critical data and performance metrics.
Just like a skilled pit crew chief can help a driver shave valuable seconds off their lap time, an Executive Assistant can help their executive leader operate at peak efficiency, providing critical support and ensuring they can focus on their core responsibilities.
Without this support, the journey to success can be much bumpier and more challenging, with more obstacles to navigate along the way.

But this raises the question...
Who is there to support the Executive Assistant with the many demands of their role?
If you are an Executive Assistant, you need support, too, and you shouldn't have to go it alone.
And now you don't have to.

Frequently Asked questions
Here are the questions executives just like you have asked.
The Executive Assistant Peer Advisory Network is a good fit for you if you can commit to being present and fully engaged for 90% of the network's monthly meetings.
Accountability is a vital feature of the Executive Assistant Peer Advisory Network. It is about making a commitment to you and other top-performing professionals for four hours once a month. Attendance is expected unless extraordinary circumstances require otherwise.
In addition, members are expected to be available for questions or brief discussions with other members by email or phone on an as-needed basis and as your schedule permits.
The Executive Assistant Peer Advisory Network is for executive assistants and administrative professionals who provide support to and work directly with executive and senior leaders, including the CEO, COO, CIO, CFO (all the "Chiefs"), President, Managing Director, EVPs, and SVPs.
In addition to curating a group of members with similar experiences and ambitions, I look for members who are bright, intellectually curious, self-aware, emotionally intelligent, open to learning from others, and willing to share experiences, help their peers, and abide by our confidentiality agreement and code of ethics.
Members are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement that requires them to keep confidential information in their groups and not share it with others without explicit permission from the member. We don't place competitors or members who are employed by the same organization in the same groups to ensure no conflicts.
I take the curation of high-performing networks very seriously to ensure a high ROI for everyone involved. So yes, as new members are considered, you will have an opportunity to interact with them during their trial session and provide feedback. Ultimately, the decision to add a new member resides with me, but rest assured, your feedback will weigh heavily on my decision.
The annual membership fee is very affordable (less than $400 per month). We've never had any complaints about the investment of time and money, given the high ROI and success members enjoy due to their engagement in the network. You'll receive more information about the fee after you complete your application.
You may join at any time since it is a rolling twelve-month membership.
Complete the form below, and we'll set up a call to discuss the network and explore if there's a good fit. If both parties agree, we'll invite you to participate in a meeting as a trial member to experience the Executive Assistant Peer Advisory Network benefits & privileges.
